Refund policy

Thank you for shopping with mvotravel. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

1. Return Period

You have the right to return an item within 30 calendar days from the date you received your order.

To be eligible for a return, the item must:

  • Be unused and in its original condition
  • Be returned in its original packaging, including all accessories and documentation

2. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact us at contact@mvotravel.com with your order number, the item you wish to return, and the reason for the return
  2. We will respond within 1–2 business days with instructions and the return address
  3. Pack the item carefully in its original packaging with all included items

3. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund within 2 business days.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method
  • Processing time: within 5 business days of approval

4. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Personalized or custom-made products (made to order)

Note: Discounted or sale items follow the same return policy as regular-priced items.

5. Defective or Incorrect Items

If you received a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 30 days of receipt at contact@mvotravel.com with your order number and photo evidence.

We will cover all return shipping costs and offer you the choice of:

  • A full refund, or
  • A free replacement of the same item

6. Return Shipping Costs

  • Customer-initiated returns: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • Defective or incorrect items: Return shipping is fully covered by mvotravel.

We recommend using a tracked and insured shipping service. We cannot guarantee receipt of your return without tracking.

This does not affect your rights under Australian Consumer Law.

7. Exchanges

We replace items free of charge if they are defective or damaged. Contact us at contact@mvotravel.com with your order number and photos of the defect.
