Processing & Shipping

The processing time begins once your order has been successfully placed.

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday) after payment confirmation. This includes order verification, product preparation, and packaging.

After processing, the estimated shipping time is 8–15 business days, depending on the delivery location within Australia.

Order Cut-off Time

02:00 PM (GMT+01:00) – Central European Time (Switzerland)

  • Orders placed before 02:00 PM are processed the same business day
  • Orders placed after 02:00 PM are processed the next business day

Estimated delivery time depends on whether the order is placed before or after the cut-off time.

Tracking Information

Please note that tracking information may take a few days to become active on the carrier’s website. The estimated delivery time remains valid even if tracking is not immediately available.

For deliveries to Australia, customs duties, taxes, or import fees may apply, depending on local regulations.
These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price.
