These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) apply to all orders placed on the website operated by mvotravel.
By placing an order, the customer agrees to these Terms without reservation.

These Terms apply to all sales made through the website and are intended exclusively for individual consumers. Sales to businesses are excluded.
These Terms are accessible at any time on the website. mvotravel reserves the right to modify them at any time. The applicable version is the one in effect at the time of the order.
3. Products
mvotravel offers products for sale through its online store.
Each product page includes descriptions, key features, and images. Product images are for illustration purposes only and are not contractually binding.
All products are offered subject to availability. If a product becomes unavailable after an order is placed, the customer will be informed and may choose between a refund or replacement.
4. Prices
All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include all applicable taxes where required.
mvotravel reserves the right to change prices at any time. The price displayed at the time of order confirmation applies.

5. Order Process
To place an order, the customer must:
- Select products and add them to the cart
- Enter shipping and billing information
- Choose a payment method
- Confirm the order
After placing an order, the customer will receive an order confirmation email.
6. Customer Account (Optional)
Customers may create an account to track orders and facilitate future purchases. Orders can also be placed without creating an account.
Personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
7. Payment
Payments are processed securely via Shopify payment providers.

The order is confirmed only after successful payment.

- Processing Time: 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday)
- Estimated Delivery Time: 8–15 business days after dispatch
- Tracking: Provided via email after shipment
Gift wrapping is not available.
9. Right of Withdrawal
Customers have the right to withdraw from the contract within 30 calendar days from receipt of the goods.
To exercise this right, the customer must:
- Notify us via email at contact@mvotravel.com
- Return the item unused, in original condition and packaging, at their own cost
10. Returns & Refunds
- Refunds are processed within 5 business days after receiving and inspecting the return
- Return shipping costs are borne by the customer
- Exchanges are subject to product availability
- Damaged or incorrect items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with photo evidence

11. Warranty
All products are covered by a 30-day warranty against manufacturing defects.
This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, or improper care.
12. Liability
mvotravel is not liable for:
- Delivery delays or losses caused by shipping carriers
- Failure to perform due to force majeure
- Improper use of purchased products
